After School Programs & Enrichment

This collection of enrichment programs offer your child the opportunity to discover new talents and explore interests in a fun, safe, nurturing environment.

Extended Stay

With options for both Middle School and Lower School, this convenient, traditional after-school childcare program is available to all students in Primer to Grade 8, for a low daily fee. It begins at the end of the regular school day and goes until 5:30 p.m. on all full school days. Registration is required.

Afternoon Encounters

Afternoon Encounters offers school enrichment sessions each semester, with a variety of courses designed for the currently enrolled CCES student. These classes are for Lower, Middle, and Upper school students and typically meet once per week and occur right after school until 4:10pm.  Courses change seasonally to cover interests in athletics, art, cooking, and outdoor activities. Fees vary depending on the course.  Afternoon Encounters activities can be coupled with Late Stay programs as a complete child care offering for parents.

Holiday Camps

CCES recognizes that half days can pose challenges for parents. We are proud to offer special half-day holiday camps on selected dates during the school year. Holiday camps include special activities, games and movies based around a central theme, giving students a fun-filled half day with their friends.

Summer Encounters

Each year CCES offer over 250 camp sessions during ten (10) weeks of the summer on our beautiful campus.  Open to the public, Summer Encounters provides full day or half day programs between 9 am and 4 pm.  Campers can explore camp options in Arts & Crafts, Science & Technology, Drama & Music, Sports, Cooking, and Academics. Registration opens early to mid February.

CC Rec

CC REC CC Rec is a non-competitive, recreational and developmental extracurricular program for the CCES community. CC Rec offers play, amusement, refreshment or relaxation while primarily focused on teaching fundamentals, skills or techniques of sports and games.
